A clear quote covering product cost, freight, duty and our charges — no hidden lines. Once you confirm and pay the advance, the order is placed with the supplier, production starts and a timeline is locked in. The balance is due before shipment.
We track production and arrange inspection of the goods before they leave the factory — checking they match the agreed specification. Issues are flagged and resolved before shipping, not after.
Goods are shipped from China by sea, air or courier depending on volume and timeline. On arrival in India, a licensed customs house agent (CHA) that we appoint handles import documentation, duty payment and customs clearance.
Once cleared, the shipment is delivered to your warehouse or office. We stay in touch until you've confirmed the goods received match what was ordered.
